"Follow Up Techniques You Can Use Which Will Help You To Succeed"

Follow up techniques is the key to success in your homebased business.

One of the things that will help you to have a successful business is the process of following up potential customers because it works.

When you first tell a prospect about your business opportunity especially if they are interested, then it is important you give then a gentle nudge (a reminder) to take another look at your offer.

You see, when you are following up a prospect you are opening the way to the many benefits of your opportunity, product or service.

Follow up techniques gives a prospect one or more of the benefits you have to offer and this could be a solution to the needs of your prospect.

You see, some network marketing companies have a structure called company rank. There can be six rank structures.

(a) Student

(b) Counselor

(c) Director

(d) Executive Director

(e) Ambassador

(f) Presidential Ambassador

In order to be promoted or move up a level following up is used.

A company rank is for example, a distributor who has moved up the ranks from being a student to a Counselor. After counselor then Director and so on.

Really this is like someone who has been promoted in their job.

The person steadily moves up the company's rank.

Follow Up Techniques.  Send an e-mail

I will advise you to try as best as you can to follow up a prospect even when you don't feel like it.

Why? you never know when the prospect's circumstances will change.

Here for you are some follow up techniques you can use to help you to succeed in your business.

(a) Send a letter. You can write a brief message thanking the prospect for his or her time on the phone or at a meeting. Remember to send your business card.

(b) Use postcards. You see, you sending a postcard you are gently reminding the prospect about that conversation you had about for example, the compensation plan and how billions worldwide are paid out annually to millions of distributors.

(c) Send an e-mail. It is wise to ask customers and prospects for their their e-mail addresses and save these address in your filing system for future use.

(d) Mail an audio or videotape. When you join a network marketing company you are given a premium pack which includes DVD's, a magazine, and CD's.

(e) You can mail one of these items to your prospect for them to view. This is useful if the prospect don't read your e-mail or respond to your phone calls.

You taking this step is giving the prospect an opportunity to view or to listen to your tape. What happens next could be a success for them and for you.

(f) Place a phone call. If you can, try and call your prospects now and again. I will say twice a month.

What you could say for example, "I saw your name on my calendar, and I was wondering are you still interested about the product we spoke about last month".

If after speaking to them over the phone and they happen to say no. Don't be discouraged because not everyone will be interested in what you have to offer.

Remember that some people are happy with their lives and don't want to change.

Follow Up Techniques.  Make a phone call.


You see, you can use any of these Follow Up Techniques more than once with the same prospects, but it is better if you can spread them out so that you can use them over a period of time.

If you can, try and use any of the follow up techniques with your prospects at least seven times within six months.
