Network Marketing Downline consists of the people that have joined under your network marketing group.

It is distributors you agree to sponsor.

You see, they are team members, and they make up your sales organisation.

Downlines are organised horizontally by "legs" and vertically by "levels".

You can earn Residual Income based on the performance of the people in your company. I must tell you that when you join a network marketing company you automatically become a part of someone's downline.

These people who are already present, and are at levels above you are part of what is called Upline.

Sometimes, because of circumstances that range from lack of interest or some personal problems an Upline can be ineffective.

There are times when people will drop out for one reason or another.

This is unfortunate, but you must be prepared for it.

Network Marketing Downline.  Distributor in training. Network Marketing Downline must train distributors to duplicate what they do as soon as they get them in their company.

The goal of your training program is duplication, this is a term widely used in network marketing circles.

You should lead, guide, and teach your distributors.

It is best to train your distributors to be in a TEAM which means together everyone achieves more.

That is the only way to make it big in the network marketing industry,to achieve your dreams, and have a lot of fun, too.

Network Marketing Downline should try and motivate their distributors in their company.

Strategies to improve your Downline:

(a) Remember people in your network marketing company join your downline because of you. So, you should have a follow-up system to see how they are doing.

(b) You can give them a call at least twice a week.

(c) Be supportive and work closely with your distributors. This will motivate them to carry on.

(d) Show genuine concern for your associates. Showing that you care can be the difference between them wanting to stay in your business or to quit.

(e)Think ahead about the needs of your team by finding out if they have any problem regarding methods of getting customers.

(f) Keep a database of the birthdays of your distributors so that you could send them a card or to give them a call when it is their birthday.

(g) Create customer files which contains personal details of your associates. For example, goals they want to achieve, dreams to fulfil, likes and dislikes.

(h) Treat your distributors with respect.

Motivating your downline.  Encourage them. Motivating your Downline

(1) You should recognize your associates publicly.

(2) Encourage them by telling them how well they are doing.

(3) You should work with them one-on-one.

Why? personal attention is a motivating factor.

(4) Be accessible. You see, if they can contact you by phone or e-mails it make them feel confident

(5) Send handwritten notes for example, with the words, "You are going to the Top".

Why? sending notes makes it personal and makes them feel good about themselves. Thus giving the person confidence.

Network marketing downline helps other people to achieve their dreams because you can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people to get what they want.
