(f) Keep a database of the birthdays of your distributors so that you could send them a card or to give them a call when it is their birthday. (g) Create customer files which contains personal details of your associates. For example, goals they want to achieve, dreams to fulfil, likes and dislikes. (h) Treat your distributors with respect.
Motivating your Downline
(1) You should recognize your associates publicly. (2) Encourage them by telling them how well they are doing. (3) You should work with them one-on-one. Why? personal attention is a motivating factor. (4) Be accessible. You see, if they can contact you by phone or e-mails it make them feel confident (5) Send handwritten notes for example, with the words, "You are going to the Top". Why? sending notes makes it personal and makes them feel good about themselves. Thus giving the person confidence.
